Who am I?
DAPPER works is the business of Daphne de Klerk, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 58645292. I am a freelancer specialising in transforming digital ambitions into working solutions. My services include IT transformations, project and programme management, system selection and implementation, and AI consultancy.
What personal data do I process? Why? And how long do I retain it?
I only process personal data that is necessary for my services, such as: names, email addresses and telephone numbers. This data comes from contact persons at organisations and is required for:
- Performing a contract (the provision of services relating to IT projects, management or consultancy).
- Communication and relationship management (for example, contacting people about projects, quotations and follow-up).
I retain this data for as long as necessary to fulfil the contract. Additionally, I retain it for relationship management purposes, with a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it for longer (such as tax record-keeping requirements).

Where do I store this data?
Your data is stored in the following locations, all of which are secured:
- In my email (managed by a third party with security guarantees).
- In Google Drive (Google acts as a Data Processor in this capacity).
- On my laptop and telephone (secured with a password).
- Back-ups of my laptop and telephone are stored in iCloud (by Apple, which has its own privacy statement).
CookiesÂ
I only use functional and analytical cookies on my website. Functional cookies are necessary for the website to function. I use analytical cookies (Google Analytics) to measure traffic to my website. I have configured Google Analytics in a privacy-friendly manner in accordance with the guidelines of the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP). This means that:
- A data processing agreement with Google has been concluded.
- IP addresses are anonymised.
- No data sharing or advertising features are enabled.
Due to these settings, the cookies have minimal impact on your privacy, meaning no cookie notice is required.

Data breaches
If my equipment is lost or hacked, and a data breach occurs with risk to your personal data, I will report this immediately to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Naturally, I will also inform you as quickly as possible by email.
