DAPPER works is a one-person business owned and run by me, Daphne de Klerk. I support organizations when they temporarily need a program manager, project manager, product owner, or a similar role. I also provide consultancy, run workshops, and develop strategic plans.
In addition, I write and edit content for various media, including chatbots, websites, and other digital products. Occasionally, I also create copy for offline materials such as magazines.
What personal data do I process? Why? And for how long?
If I process any personal data at all, it’s limited to names, email addresses, and phone numbers of the people I’m in contact with (and they all work for an organization — so that’s the extent of the personal data, as the rest relates to the company).
I need this information to carry out the agreement (the service I provide).
I keep this data for as long as necessary to fulfill the agreement, and a little longer after that (since I might check in from time to time to see how things are going or whether I can support you again). The maximum retention period is 3 years.

Where do I store personal data?

My email is handled by a third party (Strato), and they promise everything is securely managed. Google has also assured me they handle data properly. Of course, my laptop and phone are protected with a password. The hard drive of my laptop, as well as the contents of my phone, are backed up to my iCloud storage (by Apple).
Cookies
I only place functional and statistical cookies. The statistical cookies are from Google Analytics and are used solely to monitor website traffic.
Data breaches
If my computer or phone gets lost or hacked, I will report it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) as soon as possible. You’ll receive an email from me as well.
